Five Star Breaktime Solutions Acquires Select Operations from Premium Solutions

Five Star Breaktime Solutions has acquired key operations from Premium Solutions, further strengthening its presence in Central Tennessee and South-Central Kentucky. This expansion allows Five Star to serve a broader customer base across the region, reinforcing its commitment to providing breakroom services, vending, and office coffee with a focus on innovation and customer care.

Steve Moseley, founder of Premium Solutions, is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in the vending and office coffee industry. After launching and successfully selling multiple businesses, Steve established Premium Solutions and has spent the past decade building it into a comprehensive provider of micro market, vending, office coffee, POU water, and bottled water services. Recently, the company also began roasting coffee in-house for its customers.

The acquisition includes the micro market, vending, office coffee, and water service operations in Central Tennessee and South-Central Kentucky. Premium Solutions will continue to operate in other territories and remain a presence in the industry. This partnership aligns with Five Star’s growth strategy and commitment to excellence in service, while also supporting Steve’s goal to reduce his operational footprint.
