Five Star Breaktime Solutions Acquires PB&J Vending

Five Star Breaktime Solutions is proud to announce the acquisition of PB&J Vending, a locally owned and operated vending and office refreshment provider based in Metro Atlanta. Founded in 2006 by James Baker, PB&J Vending has grown into a trusted name in the region, serving nearly 100 customers.

James Baker launched PB&J Vending after recognizing a service gap in his own dealership’s vending operations. With a background in automotive retail, James took initiative and began managing the vending services himself. That hands-on approach evolved into a full-fledged business, one that would eventually expand into office coffee, water, micro markets, and pantry services for companies throughout the greater Atlanta area.

Thanks to the hard work of James and his wife Terri, PB&J Vending thrived in a competitive market. Their commitment to quality and customer relationships laid the foundation for the company’s remarkable growth and strong reputation in the industry.

The sale of the business will allow James and Terri to begin a new chapter focused on travel, spending time with their grandchildren, and continuing their support of local ministries. As for James, retirement is only the next beginning he is already channeling his energy into building the couple’s forever home.
