Before stepping into the VP role, Dylan served as a regional vice president, overseeing P&L performance, pricing strategy, shrink mitigation, operational execution, and leadership development across multiple businesses. He started his career in frontline operations, advanced through a range of leadership roles across the business and has also owned and operated multiple companies outside of his corporate career. Dylan is currently completing his executive MBA at Duke University Fuqua School of Business, with a focus on finance, strategy, and private equity. His long-term interests center around operational transformation, value creation, and scaling businesses through disciplined execution.
